These terms describe the APPs by Lee website and Grade 1 PACE Windows application. The software is an independently developed teacher-support tool and is not an official DepEd system.
1. Free demo
You may download Grade 1 PACE to evaluate its features before paying. Demo mode allows SF1 import, learner management and local rating work, while Excel workbook export and JSON backup export are unavailable until activation. The availability and performance of any feature depend on your device and software environment.
2. Paid license
A Grade 1 PACE license currently costs ₱250 as a one-time purchase. It permits activation on up to five Windows computers, subject to license verification and device limits. This is not a recurring monthly subscription. Periodic validation or certificate renewal may be required for continued activation.
Licenses are intended for use by the purchaser and should not be publicly shared, resold without authorization or used to bypass activation limits. Keep your license key and private receipt link secure.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments take place through a hosted PayMongo checkout. When the payment is confirmed, the private receipt page provides the license key; the payment acknowledgment email may not contain that key. Save the key and private receipt link immediately. Contact support if you have trouble accessing a completed purchase.
4. Software compatibility and security
The current installer is for 64-bit Windows PCs, not native macOS or Android. The Excel export workflow relies on desktop Microsoft Excel for recalculation. Our current installer is not commercially code-signed and may produce Windows SmartScreen warnings. You are responsible for reviewing installation warnings and maintaining appropriate device security.
5. Classroom data
You remain responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality and permitted use of the classroom data you enter. Back up important files according to your school's policies and avoid placing sensitive learner information in public support posts.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain working downloads and licensing services, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party services or internet connectivity. Features and documentation may change as bugs are fixed or updates are released. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service.
7. Assistance, purchase concerns and refunds
If you have an installation, activation or purchase issue, contact APPs by Lee through our support page and provide your order reference where available. Requests for refunds or other remedies are assessed under applicable Philippine law and payment-provider requirements; this page does not remove statutory consumer rights.
