Who we are. APPs by Lee is an independent education software project operated in the Philippines. We offer Grade 1 PACE, a Windows application for managing classroom assessments. We are not affiliated with, approved by, or acting on behalf of the Department of Education.
1. Information you enter in Grade 1 PACE
Grade 1 PACE can contain school information, learner names, SF1 data, attendance and competency ratings. The Windows application stores classroom records locally on the computer where it is used. The APPs by Lee marketing website does not provide a form for uploading student records.
Teachers should only import personal information they are authorized to use and should protect their computers, exported files, and backups. Avoid sending learner lists or other student-sensitive records through public messages when requesting support.
2. License activation and purchases
When you buy or activate a license, the licensing service may process an order reference, payment status, a license identifier, device-identifying information and activation history. These are used to issue, verify, and manage a license and its permitted devices.
Checkout is handled by PayMongo or related payment services. Information provided during checkout, including the billing email, is handled by the payment provider and by the parts of our service needed to confirm the purchase. Do not post your license key or private receipt link publicly.
3. Website access and technical information
Cloudflare hosts this website and supports our software download and licensing services. As part of delivering these services, infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, security events, and request logs for operation, reliability and abuse prevention.
We have not intentionally included an advertising pixel or behavioral ad-tracking script on this informational website. Payment and third-party links may use their own necessary cookies or technologies under their separate policies.
4. Why information is used
- To provide the website and software downloads.
- To process and verify purchases, licenses and device limits.
- To answer customer support requests and investigate software issues.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing with service providers
Cloudflare helps host our website, downloads and licensing infrastructure. PayMongo processes payments. Facebook is an optional customer support channel. Please review those providers' privacy notices before using their services. We do not ask customers to publish learner records on our website.
6. Retention and your choices
Classroom records saved locally are managed on your own device. License and transaction records may be kept as necessary for customer support, security, legal compliance and license management. For inquiries about information handled by APPs by Lee, including requests for correction or deletion where applicable, contact us using the link below. Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
7. Children's information
Grade 1 PACE is a tool for teachers and authorized adults, not a consumer service directed at children. Educators are responsible for following applicable school privacy policies and obtaining any required authority before entering or sharing learner information.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the software or services change. The date above indicates the latest version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent via APPs by Lee's Facebook support page. Please do not include learner records or passwords in the initial message.
